Asia Spinach Soup With Hard Clams
This is one of the most amazing dish that you can cook at home in the summer. It is not only tasty but also quite easy to cook. You can save your time by making this soup. It is very fresh that can be served with rice. That’s why it is really suitable for the hot days.
INGREDIENTS:
- 200g Asia spinach
- 700g hard clams
- Ginger, salt, sugar, pepper
PROCESS:
Step 1: Clean hard clams in water few times. Use small brush to wash their covers. Soak in water again in 10 – 20 minutes and then clean well again.
Step 2: Use leaves of Asia spinach, clean and wait to dry, slice in half if their leaves are big.
Step 3: Pour all hard clams into pot, add more sliced ginger, put on cooking stove and cook until they open mouths. Turn off the heat, wait to reduce heat and use your hands to separate their covers with meat. Pour the boiling water into pot again.
Step 4: Cooking broth until it boils, add more sliced Asia spinach with a little salt and sugar. Broth is already salty when boiling hard clams so do not add too much salt.
Step 5: Add hard clams meat into pot, wait to boil again and then turn off the heat.
Finally, you can serve it with boiled rice for your family meal. You should eat when it’s hot. It will maintain the specific flavor of this soup. Hope you will love it.
