Stir Fried Squid with Mushroom

The combination between squid and mushroom is very nice. We would like to introduce the way to process Stir fried Squid with Mushroom (Mực xào nấm)that will makes your daily menu richer. Serving this dish with boiled rice and fish sauce added more sliced chili is freaking delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g fresh squid
  • ½ carrot
  • 300g straw mushroom
  • ¼ onion
  • Some brands of spring onion, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, pepper and salt

PROCESS:

Step 1: Clean well squid with water added a little salt or vinegar. Clean again with fresh water, slice into medium pieces; wait to get dry.

Step 2: Cut off the roots of straw mushroom, clean and slice thinly. Peel off the cover of carrot and onion, slice fiber. Clean and slice small spring onion.

Step 3: Heat 3 teaspoons oil, add minced garlic and fry until it is fragrant. Here is the important step to create the flavor of this nice dish. Next, add sliced squid and fry quickly with a little salt, sugar. Pour on clean plate.

Step 4: Use that pan again, add mushroom, carrot and fry with a little sauce, pepper, chilli powder; fry until they are cooked.

Step 5: After that, add more onion and fried squid into pan; fry and season again to suit your flavor. Fry more 5 – 6 minutes, sprinkle more sliced spring onion and turn off the heat.

Finally, before serving, you can sprinkle more pepper on top to increase its flavor. Eating rice and hot soup is the interesting choice. Hope you love it. Good luck for your cooking.
